Q: Is my quotation instant ?
A: No, each quotation is delt with, in person, by one of our travel coordinators here in Spain. We do not offer instant online quotations, or bookings, with good reason! In Spain, many hotels and services are still not automated and are far behind in technology.
While instant quotations and online booking seems the way forward, it is not easy to implement in Spain. This creates many problems for companies that try to use this technology, including out of date pricing, incorrect availability and double bookings.
The "personal touch" gets far better results here in Spain, our coordinators contact each hotel and service provider directly, to confirm availability and secure the best possible discounts for the dates our clients will be travelling. You quote is always based on the lowest avalable rates and will often include special rates you will never encounter online!
Q: Are you licensed, am I protected?
A: YES, 100%, we are fully licensed bonded Travel agents, to provide accommodation and golfing holiday packages in Spain. We also provide the ability to pay by credit card, (often providing extra security, or travel insurance). If you require full company details we are happy to provide them on request.
Q: I am in the UK, is it not better to use a UK based travel agent.
Not really, when you book with us you have the same protection as booking with UK based travel agents, but you have the "back up" of our local knowledge too. This means far less problems with hotels and service providers, as we contact them in person. Not only that, but we will probably be cheaper too!
Q: Are your staff English or Spanish?
Corporate Golf Spain is part of the MDL Group Travel and Leisure, it is British run with English, Spanish and German speaking staff. All of our team, live here on the Costa del Sol and have good knowledge of southern Spain.
Q: Your website states groups of 4, can you not provide for 2 people?
A: Yes of course! We can provide golfing holidays and accommodation for any number of people, from one to one hundred + ! We are happy to provide you a competitive quote, however, because we deal mainly in groups, we have extra special rates for groups of 4 or more. This is because we have negotiated extra special rates at many hotels and golf courses, when we can provide groups of four or more people.
