Dona Julia Golf is an 18 hole golf course, designed by renowned Malaga architect Antonio Garcia Garrido, the man responsible for some of Spain's top courses. The most notable features of this course is the extensive size of the greens, sown with Agrostis Pen-G2 grass and having an average area of 700m2, some even exceeding 1000m2.
The Dona Julia golf course has two very different layouts, being suitable for any type of players; the first 9 holes are longer and more difficult, winding between indigneous trees, lakes and rivers. While the back 9 holes are more manageable, having a gentle incline and being within close proximity to the sea. An undoubted challenge for professionals as well as high handicappers.
Doña Julia Golf Club has a 400 m2 temporary club house on two floors. In the club house you can find a 100 m2 pro shop, changing rooms, reception and restaurant run by the catering service or Hotel Guadalpin.
